Return Policy

  • We offer a 100% refund for unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase, you (the customer) are responsible for any return shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. 
  • Opened products will be discarded, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Refrigerated items (e.g., probiotics) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Promotional items, such as coupons, free gifts, and PureFormulas promotional cards, are also non-refundable.
  • Please keep all damaged boxes, packaging, and products. You may need to provide photos of the damage to process your claim.
  • You must submit a refund request before returning any items. Unapproved items will be discarded and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Returns: Verify that you are returning the correct product. We cannot keep, return, or compensate for items sent to us by mistake.
  • Refund requests may be denied for:
    • Returning items other than the original product received.
    • Returning used, damaged, or opened items.
    • Submitting duplicate or excessive claims.
  • Bulk or Special Orders: All sales are final; bulk purchases cannot be returned. Ensure you order the correct items, as we do not accept returns for mistakenly ordered items.

Incorrect Items

  • In the event that we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item we will gladly take the item back and either process a full refund or facilitate an exchange.
  • In the event that you inadvertently ordered the wrong item our standard refund policy applies.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, you will receive a Return Label Email with detailed instructions.

Important Guidelines:

  • Do not discard products until your refund request is approved, as additional photo documentation may be needed.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method at our discretion.
  • Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If returned items are used, damaged, or missing parts due to improper packaging, we may issue partial compensation based on the item's decreased value or deny the return.
